In case you haven’t noticed by now, we love museums - especially art museums. We love the endless inspiration and the conversations that can spark when we visit them. We also believe that access to art should not cost a fortune, so when thinking about a way to step out of the screen and connect with our readers it seemed like a natural fit to host a hola, rita. Museum Night to get inspired and get to know each other. No big crowds or intimidating groups, but rather something small and intimate.
We’ve picked the Whitney Museum of American Art to visit with a small group of readers this upcoming Friday, February 16th. We’ll take advantage of the free admission and grab a bite after, on us!
Joining us for the evening is beloved friend and blogger Chelsea Henriquez, founder of Chelsea As Of Late. During the day she works at a PR agency and by night she is a style blogger. She has partnered with big brands like Cole Haan and Century21 and her passion for travel and thrifting makes her style and account one to always keep an eye on.
February’s monthly topic will be Self-care and Self-love so we’ll be chatting about that and, most importantly, we’ll be opening the floor for people to share any projects they might be working on and ask questions to Chelsea and the group.
Space is limited and tickets will be assigned on a first come, first served basis - so act fast! Once you receive a confirmation email, you commit to joining us on time and letting us know if you can’t make it so we can pass along your ticket to next person in the waiting list.

Por si acaso no te has dado cuenta, al equipo de Hola, Rita. le encantan los museos - en especial los de arte. Nos fascina la inspiración que se encuentra en estos lugares y las conversaciones que las visitas en persona pueden generar. Nosotros creemos firmemente que el acceso al arte no debe costar una fortuna, así que cuando nos pusimos a pensar en maneras de conectar con nuestrxs lectorxs, nos pareció bien natural tener una Noche de Museo con ustedes para inspirarnos y conocernos un poco. Sin necesidad de una multitud, sino más bien algo pequeño e íntimo.
Hemos elegido el Museo de Arte Americano de Whitney para visitar con un grupo pequeño de ustedes este próximo Viernes 16 de Febrero. Vamos a aprovecharnos de las entradas gratis y a terminar la noche con unas picaderas de parte del equipo de hola, rita.
Uniéndose a nosotrxs estará nuestra querida amiga y bloguera Chelsea Henriquez, fundadora de Chelsea As Of Late. Durante el día ella trabaja en una agencia de relaciones públicas y en su tiempo libre se dedica a su blog. Chelsea ha colaborado con grandes marcas como Cole Haan y Century21, y su pasión por viajar e inyectar su vestuario con piezas única de segunda mano hacen de su estilo y su perfil de Instagram una que no puedes dejar de seguir.
El tema del mes de Febrero será Amor y Cuidado Propio así que estaremos charlando un poco acerca de estos asuntos y, lo que es más importante, tendrás el chance de compartir un poco de tí y tus proyectos o ideas y hacerle preguntas a Chelsea.
